This is really creative. Very nice
Thanks, though I've been considering removing it because:
A. I didn't shoot it. Olivia shot it and posted the original on her blog, [insert something clever here].
B. My only claim to this photo is the complete metamorphosis I put it through using Adobe Photoshop and a Action or program I wrote within Photoshop. A similar action was used to create her current profile picture, so I don't think she'll sue me!

If you're interested in getting a copy of the Photoshop Action, drop me a line. If I get enough requests, I'll post it on Adobe Studio Exchange, where you can already find a few of the others I've written.
You know from a legal point of view, you don't have to worry as like you have said, you have metamorphosised and worked on the original picture. So you really have nothing to worry about.
I personally feel that this picture should remain as it provides an excellent blend to this blog. Look forward to more shots.
Actually, I didn't take this shot. I can't remember who did. Hehe. I'm just in it.
